For Daily and Weekly Customers:
1. You must submit one original Identity proof (PAN card, company ID, Voter id, Passport etc. card) at the time of vehicle pick-up.
Note: Plastic Aadhar card will not be accepted.
2.Vehicle is provided for 12 hours. Your pick-up and drop time cycle will be from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you return the vehicle after the specified time, then you will be charged Rs. 100/- per hour. Also, if you return after 12:00 AM you will be charged whole day rent.
3.Puncture Cost during Rental period will be bear by user, so we suggest you to please do check the vehicle Tyre when you pick up the vehicle.
4. Any damage to the vehicle, loss of keys or helmet will be deducted from the security. If the amount is more than security, then you have to pay at the time of vehicle return.
5. In Case of any accidents or damage to the vehicle, you have to bear the whole repairing cost and transportation cost along with the per day rent of the vehicle until the repairing completed.
6.Insurance of the vehicle covers only the third party liability, Any damage or loss of the vehicle will be completely borne by customer.
7. In case of Cancellation of the booking you will be charged 500 cancellation fee.
8.Bike will be provided with a limited amount of fuel(so that you can reach to nearest petrol station) and you have to return the same.There is no any reimbursement for the extra fuel left in the tank.
9.User is responsible to pay all the traffic Callahan by the police during his/her rental period.
10. Pune Bike Rental Reserve all the rights to cancel any booking without any prior notice of customer.

5..Vehicle is provided for 30 days and city use only, You cannot take the vehicle outside Pune without permission. Your pick-up and drop time cycle will be as per your convenient. If you return the vehicle after the return date, then you will be charged Rs. 500/day.

7.User will be charged for full month rent even if user will return the vehicle before his/her actual return date.
8.Security deposit will be returned in five working days after the vehicle return.
